Employee Spotlight – Frank Greco

Meet Frank
Frank joined the company in August 2023 as our RMA and Repairs Department Manager, bringing a strong background in technical operations and department management. He excels at leading teams through high-pressure environments, managing complex partner relations, and navigating tight deadlines for VIP projects. Technology has always been his passion, driven by a love for building, tuning, and finding analytical solutions to real-world challenges.
The Saftey Project
The Safeway Project:
During the demanding Safeway project, Frank relied on two core philosophies to support his team through 12-to-14-hour shifts:
Breaking Down Tasks: Inspired by Shel Silverstein’s poem “How to Eat a Whale,” he focused the team on manageable daily goals like finishing 45 boxes a day, rather than the overwhelming total of 5,700 devices.
Managing Morale: He reminded the team that difficult periods are like the weather; while the storm is real, it eventually passes and the sun comes out. This mindset helped prevent burnout until the project’s successful completion. Frank also credits his wife, Kylee, for her incredible support at home during this intense time.
Life Outside the Office
Frank and Kylee, a professional dog groomer, have been together for seven years and have three children: Stevie (10), a talented artist; Waylon (8), who keeps Frank active with his high energy; and Ozzy, who recently turned one.
An avid outdoorsman, Frank enjoys backpacking, hiking, and reading fantasy novels. For the Fourth of July, he planned a 3-day, 30-mile kayaking trip down the Colorado River. Recently, he picked up bird watching, hobby that coworkers often see him practicing near the office river. He also enjoys resin printing, painting miniatures, and spending time with his family riding bikes and jumping on the trampoline.

A Note on Digital Grounding
IWorking constantly with technology, Frank advocates regular moderation. During breaks, he recommends stepping away from screens to connect with the physical world, whether by reading a physical book (like Tuesdays with Morrie) or exploring nature. While he uses apps like Google Lens and Merlin Bird ID to learn about plants and birds, he encourages everyone to periodically unplug, look around, and enjoy the natural world.
Department spotlight
Staging and Configuration

The Staging and Configuration Department communicates directly with sales representatives and end clients. They procure equipment for them, perform staging, and load applications. They also maintain dedicated inventory for each client to ensure quick replacements and rapid response times whenever needed. Subsequently, they ship the units to the requested sites. Consequently, this team works closely with numerous departments, including Logistics and Warehousing, Sales, Purchasing, and more.
The SAFEWAY Project
We received 7000 devices, which we needed to stage and QA, as well as put screen protectors on each unit, ensuring the quality is not reduced.
We had a very limited time of 1.5 weeks to finish everything, as the fiscal year of Safeway ended by the end of May.
The team invested overtime and weekends to get the job done, and all employees shared the overload to meet the company objectives.
In addition to this team, individuals from other departments It was a collaborative effort. Logistics and Warehousing, Purchasing, and Support stepped up and joined forces for this project.
