Meet Asaf

Asaf has been with the company for eight years, building an impressive track record along the way. Over the years, he has grown alongside the business, stepping into different roles and expanding his responsibilities. Today, he leads business operations in Israel, overseeing sales, customer service, and day-to-day operations to ensure all three functions run seamlessly. While HTS Israel is a lean team, they operate with deep trust, agility, and a shared commitment to excellence qualities that Asaf credits for the company’s recent milestones and strong customer relationships.

What initially drew Asaf to this field was the unique intersection of business, technology, and real human relationships. He genuinely enjoys untangling complex problems for partners, streamlining processes, and finding creative solutions under pressure. Known for balancing big-picture strategy with a sharp eye for detail, his focus remains firmly on delivering the best possible experience for the customer.

Life Outside the Office

Outside of work, Asaf is married and a proud father of three, prioritizing family time above all else. Friends and family know him as the resident mixologist who has been “prescribing" custom cocktails for years, a passion he recently paired with a newfound love for grilling and smoking different cuts of meat. Unsurprisingly, at any gathering, he can usually be found behind the bar or the grill. When he gets a moment to unwind, he enjoys traveling, going to the beach, following the stock market, listening to music, and catching a game.
