Please fill out the form below and submit it. This will create an email to our RMA group, which can also be contacted via email@example.com.
The RMA group will review the information and determine if the request is for a product under warranty or will require repair/replacement. We will then reply and you may also be contacted from our sales team should a replacement sale be required.
Please note in the comments whether this product was purchased directly from HTS or via a partner or distributor. For all indirect sales, please include their contact information so we can keep them informed about our mutual customers.
