The scanner comes with a limited one year factory warranty. This warranty shall begin upon the date of purchase. The limited factory warranty entitles replacement of a defective unit due to manufacturers defect within the warranty period with a replacement unit. Replacement units will operate within full factory performance specifications but may have cosmetic blemishes.

The replacement units' warranty will be for the remainder of the original warranty term. Return of defective units must have prior authorization by Quest Solution. For technical support or request authorization to return defective unit please contact tech support at DocketportSupport@omniQ.com. Credit card billing information is required for all return authorizations unless credit application has been processed and approved.
